Ordering Process and Questions

During the ordering process, there are a few questions we ask while you add the plans to your cart.

  • The first one is a SIM card number, this is if you already have a SIM card and want to use it. This is great if you want to save time and need the device activated quickly. For this option having your own SIM activated takes no more than 4 hours typically and you will get an email confirming it has been activated.
  • The second one is your device's IMEI. This is so we can confirm your device can work with the plans as it activates along with connecting your SIM card number to your device's IMEI.

Q & A

Q. Are all the plans month to month? Can I cancel at any time I want?

A. Yes! All plans are month to month, so you don't have to worry about cancelling and reactivating when you want or need to. Feel free to keep the plan as short or as long as you want!

Q. Why is there a prorated amount when adding a plan to the cart?

A. We activate the SIM card right when you order it so we can confirm that it is compatible with the device you submitted via the IMEI. We also want it ready and activated right when you get it so you don't waste any time or have to wait for it to activate. Get the SIM and put it right into your device and start using your plan! It is also based on the billing cycle and when the order is placed.

Q. What is the billing cycle?

A. We have a billing cycle of the 10th to the 11th of every month.

Q. How soon after ordering will the order ship?

A. If the order is placed before 5:00 PM EST it will ship the same day, this includes the weekend as well.

Q. Is there tracking information for USPS shipments?

A. There is no tracking information for USPS shipments, if you need tracking information we recommend adding on FedEx shipping.

Q. What size SIM card do you send out?

A. We ship the tri-SIM cards so you can break them down to the size you need for your device. The 3 sizes are Standard SIM (2FF), Mini-SIM (3FF), Nano-SIM (4FF).

Q. Can I order extra SIM cards (for the people that always changing devices)

A. Yes you can! Look under Wireless Hardware for Tri-SIM. There is no limit on how many you can order at this time.
